yes it is
i started when i was 8 and im a girl. but i dont think really until 12. 10 for boys
no it does not
Well it depends on the person but usually not until they are 12. It still depends on the person, most boys start when they are11 though.
There is no specific age or height, i started when i was 13 and i was 5'11" and i could bench 115 on my first day.
Experts disagree. By 16 the ends of your bones should be sufficiently formed. Then, lifting weights, when using correct form, should be beneficial. It is risky to do it any earlier unless one has expert coaching and supervision.
anyone of any age would get "stronger" by lifting weights in greater succesion.
At the age of 21, a boy can start weight lifting. It is more advisable to start weight lifting at the right age. Because, some says if a boy starts weight lifting at an early age they not get tall. And their height will be the same as they start. I advice to take weight lifting, and make yourself fit, if your on the right age already.
They should start at age 18 or older
At age 11,you really shouldn't be lifting weights. however it is still good to get out and get exercise, but you don't need to lift weights until you get into highschool. Also, at your age you are still probobly growing, and weight lifting can have harmful effects on your body, so i wouldn't recommend lifting. However, if you wish to ignore the statements above, you should start low, work your way up to where you cant lift it, and then take off 10-15 pounds off what you are lifting
there is no specific age for do exercise but it should be start from the age of 10th but not hard exercise which stop your growth, don't use weight lifting at this age weight lifting should be start after the age of 24th you can increase it slowly slowly..
Yeah you can but what the hell took you so long to decide you dont want to be fat any more.
