I am not positive to how much the 13 year old bench record is if there is one, but if you are looking to draw comparisons onto another 13 year old for records, I can help you out with 14-15 year old records by weight...
The 114 lb weight class bench record is held by Caleb Messimer with 205 lbs...
The 123 lb weight class bench record is held by V. Niedoliwka at 220.25 lbs...
The 148 lb weight class bench record is held by an S. Dibert at 264.50 lbs...
The 165 lb weight class bench record is held by Jesse Norris with 292 lbs...
There is info on higher weight classes but I do not expect a 13 year old to weigh much higher (healthily)... Hopefully ths will help as a comparison.. Personally I am 13, I weigh probably 97 lbs. and my max right now is 145 or so...But I had a 2 month lay off and a 3rd bad month for lifting :/.I usually move up 5-10 lbs a month so I should've been close to 170 :(
Pressing a weight equal to your body weight is good. At that age, though, when the growth plates are still active on your leg and arm joints, you could possible stunt your growth by overdoing it.
I myself I’m eleven and I bench 145 to 150 but you have to work your way up so start at 60 then 100 then 120 then work your way up but always have a spotter because you will get hurt if you dont
An 11 year old should not be lifting weights at all - the body is still developing and growing at that age and you could do some serious damage.
Well age means nothing its height and weight like im 12 and im 6,1 and 225 i bench 150.most 12 year olds cant even do 100 yet but its all according to your strength
