a typical seventh grager should be able to bench press 125. Although there are bigger kids and if you are bigger then 195 you should be able to bench 155 or 160
it depends what age you are. 13-14 -->110-125 15-16 -->125-140 17-18 -->140-155 it will go on according to that little chart until you are about 35 - 40 depending on your physical condition. that is where you will start losing strength.
