Cross Country. It incorporates running.
I do cross country, but not track... in the track season I play softball! :) I think you should to XC if you can run at least 2 miles without getting tired!!!

Here is a trick, NOTHING can replace running. NOTHING, cross-country would be best. I did cross-country first then did track to keep me in the running mood. Cross-country is a very good running sport, and is much more competitive. But sometimes you're better at sprinting than running distance, or sometimes you're better at distance than sprinting.
Try it out and see if you like it!
Swimming
Mathematics is a very broad subject so the question is a bit like asking who is best at sport. Some people can run fast but are less good at swimming while others are better at swimming. Even within a particular discipline, there are no clear rules about how "best" should be measured. Again, reverting to the sport analogy, who is the better runner: the fastest sprinter or the fastest marathon runner.
Bolt is a sprinter and Marley is a musician.
Previous answer was fraudulent. The Mexican record holder at 100 metres is Carlos Villasenor Garcia. Perhaps better remembered is 400 metres world championship medalist Alejandro Cardenas, but he is better as a long sprinter.
Swimming is far better.
Yes, swimming is better for body than dancing as swimming allowing exercising and practicing more body muscles than dancing.
Sleepover
Swimming is a more well-rounded work out. Swimmers get into better all around shape, while runners exercise mostly their legs. Both will reduce your percent body fat, and increase your lung capacity (mostly swimming though) and your endurance (depending on if it's cross country or not.) I would pick swimming, though, it's more fun. :)
Swimming Zones is far more impressive than swimming stars but stars is good training
hockey is way better than suimming
Swimming, it helps a lot more for the muscles compared to netball. You are also less likely to get injured when swimming compared to netball
Yes, its for the better, go for it
