In order to get stronger you need to lift heavy weights at a gym. Set up a routine like back and legs one day, triceps and chest the next day, the day after that work your biceps and traps. Repeat over and over.

Gymnastics is easy just practice and when you get really good you have to spend your whole life at the gym but you meet new friends and it is really fun doing competitions I do 52 hours a week and it is really tiring . PS ya butt face From Natalie

Edit from Kalee: I personally think gymnastics isn't an easy sport but if you take the time to practice you will improve and it will seem easier. Keep practicing and never give up. Anything is possible if you set your mind to it. I practice anywhere from 20 - 40 hours per week. I'm not that great, but I've seen so much improvment and I plan to stay in gymnastics. The benefits are : Staying fit, making friends, having fun, and improving your flexibility.

well, i am a level 7 and at the beginning of each practice we do 60 pushups, 30 sit ups, 100 v-sit ups and some other stuff. it will hurt really bad but if you deal with the pain, you will eventually get stronger.
