No, the play was completed. It would count if the original play was not completed and the runner on second ran back to second, causing a run down and tag as a secondary play. -----
Yes, the run counts. The only situation where a run doesn't count when a runner crosses home plate before the third out is recorded is on a force play. For example: the bases are loaded and there are two out. The batter hits a single to right field. The runner from third base scores. The runner on first heads for second and halfway there turns an ankle and falls to the ground. If the right fielder can get the ball back into second before the runner gets up and makes it to second, the runner is out on a force play and all runs that scored before the third out was recorded are disallowed. But, in your question, there is no force play involved therefore the run would count.

Is it a hit when an infield attemps a fielder's choice and the runners are all called safe with no errors?

No matter what, in a fielders choice play the batter is given and 0 for 1 in the record books. It is based on the thought that if the defense had attempted a play on the batter he most surely would have been out. You misunderstood the question. If a fielder's choice is attmpted, but all runners are save and no error is scored it's a hit ... since the fielder's choice didn't actually happen.

Is it a fielders choice with one out and runner on third and batter grounds out to first with runner on third scoring?

Anytime the batter is put out at 1st base on a batted ball it is not considered a fielders choice, it is simply a put out. Now in your scenario if the catcher would have thrown home and the runner coming from 3rd is out and the batter is safe at 1st, then in that case it would be a fielders choice

Runner on second and 3rd and hit ball to second base and runners move up scoring a run is this a sacrifice or a fielders choice?

If the runner was thrown out at first then it is a sacrifice. Fielders choice is when you couldve easily been thrown out at first but the baseman throws it to a different base to try to get someone else out.CorrectionThis would be neither, the 1st part of the answer above is incorrect, the later part is correct. It really depends on how the play unfolds. If you hit it to 2nd basemen and you are thrown out at first, then it is just scored a 4-3 groundout -- if the player fields the ball at 2nd and throws the ball anywhere other then 1st to get the batter out, then it would be a "Fielders Choice" -- there is no instance in which this would be a sacrifice if you swing the bat and the ball goes to the 2nd basemen (if this was a bunt fielded by the 2nd basemen... it would be a sacrifice) -------tigersy2k3
