Yes, this is old enough. Lifting will not stunt your growth as the myth grows. Just make sure you do it correctly, and get supervision at first.
It actually is okay to lift weights at your age. I am a 14 year old girl and i bench press a bunch of weights and i have not stunted my growth. Guys are mad to lift weights I'm not suppose to lift weights but i am strong enough to do it. The answer to you is yes.
no
It depends on how large the weights are....
People of all ages should lift weights. 65 is a great time to start because you need to be protecting and building your muscles. Just get checked out to make sure you're healthy enough, and learn how to do the exercises correctly.
The perfect age to build muscle is 18, but you can start working out at 16, though it is not recommended that you lift heavy weights or weights you're forcing your body to lift.
I think about 8-14. Does not stunt growth.
he started when he was real young but he got really in to it at about 16
What ever your age, you can lift dumbells. I lift 10kg per arm Comfortably and i am 13, have you tryed picking up weights yet? and if you have how much can you lift? Reply back please.
yes the child of 12 years of age does need a passport, i think the age that you need a passport is 8 years of age. No, the passport would not generate enough resistance to provide lift. The child would probably need wings to fly.
If you weigh 55 kilograms the weights you lift be as heavy as instructed by your trainer. Rarely will your body weight determine the heaviness of the weights to be lifted. You will start with light weights and keep adding weights as you progress.
around 12 years old
By 16 the ends of your bones should be sufficiently formed. Then, lifting weights, when using correct form, should be beneficial. It is risky to do it any earlier unless one has expert coaching and supervision.
