To figure skate backwards you can use one foot at a time and kind of make little ''C's'' but remember to look behind you!

Another way to do it is point your toes in together to make an upside down V and to move one foot at a time backwards. That's the easiest way.

A harder way to do it is to do backward crossovers. If you've been watching dancing on ice when they move backwards those are called backward crossovers.
