for becoming an badminton u need to practice
Marcy Fitness refers to a line of home gym equipment that has everything you need for a workout. It is not available in all gyms but if you need to find one, you can ask the gyms if they have it.
You can't if you need to rewire it then you have to by a new badminton raquet.
For badminton, you need at least two badminton racquets, shuttlecocks (or birdies), a net or badminton string, and proper clothing and tennis shoes.
we need fitness so you dont gain alot of weight and we need fitness you can exercise and get fit.
