it decreases optimum preformance u wont have the right amount of energy and also may not be hydrated enuff to play or preforme at peak level ultamitly you will burn out quicker you wont be able to train properly so u also wont beable to practice the skills you need there four lower preformance also you wont have enuff protein to reguvenat your musels among other things carbs etc
