It's a safeguard to ensure sports does not interfere with their education. At least that's the thought behind it.

If they make the right choices
not necessarily because you don't have to be the smartest person to play sport but i know in high school you have to keep up good grades in order to stay on the sports team
You shouldnt, the sprain will get worse
No, I believe that if athletes have passing grades, that will be enough to play sports.
I think sports help because if you have the policy you have to get good grades to keep playing then you work harder.
no but it helps if they suffer from injury and cannot compete, and if they don't earn enough whilst in the sport they can get a good job after In my personal opinion, I think that kids need good grades to play sports. If kids played really well in sports, but had terrible grades, they wouldn't do too well in real life. The only thing they could get a job in is sports, and if the kid doesn't make it into sports, they really can't make it into any other job because they didn't learn anything and got terrible grades in school. Plus, sport are 80% mental. If kids didn't get good grades, they wouldn't do too well in sports, either, because sports use mental abilities, which is 4/5ths of the game.
Students should get good grades to play sports because if their focusing on their grades they will be not paying attention to the coach or they will rather be sitting out of the sport.
well it depends on how good your child at math is. i don't think tat playing sports really helps your child. and that is what i think.
yes because if you focus on sports you will get bad grades but if you really want to play you'd get good and and be able to play
Not really....but if you decide to play a sport your grades get better
Not necessarily, because some of the kids who play sports don't have enough time to do their work. Although, a kid could still manage to do both, but it is a bit complicated.
