Not really....but if you decide to play a sport your grades get better
yes my grades dropped from A's to C's
To "help" them concentrate on their studies and get better grades
At my school they do they have to have a 2.50 GPA
Yes, because they chose to play sports, so they must accept full responsibility for their grades in school.
of course yes....it makes them more focused and disciplined
yes because if you focus on sports you will get bad grades but if you really want to play you'd get good and and be able to play
If they are very interested in playing one of the sports, then yes.
No because then they will get even farther behind in school.
No, they should not be playing sports fi they do not have passing grades. Sports is an extra curricular activity that is played when you have extra time. Students should always be doing their homework before playing sports.
Teach these guys teamwork and have a positive attitude and makes them drop their balls
no. it gives students an incentive to go above and beyond. This is an opinionated questionMy opinion is that students should not be able to play sports if their grades are low. It will give them a measure and force them to do better.
I think school sports teach students discipline by being able to keep up with their grades and do better from the moment they're on the team. It teaches them how to manage their time and organize their life.
