It's a good idea.
yes because if you focus on sports you will get bad grades but if you really want to play you'd get good and and be able to play
all a+ or a's
athletes need to have good grades in order to play on after school programs because to have a minimum 2.0 GPA is not hard to ask for and school should come first
. you can't play unless you have a 3.0 or higher . try to get good grades
At my school they do they have to have a 2.50 GPA
no but it helps if they suffer from injury and cannot compete, and if they don't earn enough whilst in the sport they can get a good job after In my personal opinion, I think that kids need good grades to play sports. If kids played really well in sports, but had terrible grades, they wouldn't do too well in real life. The only thing they could get a job in is sports, and if the kid doesn't make it into sports, they really can't make it into any other job because they didn't learn anything and got terrible grades in school. Plus, sport are 80% mental. If kids didn't get good grades, they wouldn't do too well in sports, either, because sports use mental abilities, which is 4/5ths of the game.
yes because if anyone can play they will play suckish.
Yes because grades are very important in life. They can be very helpful when it comes to job interviews. So you need to keep your grades up by doing good in school, so that includes studying and homework! So when you're at basketball or football or baseball practice then you won't have time to do homework after school. It may not seem like homework is important but it can really bring your grades up, so that's why students do need good grades to play sports in America
Not really....but if you decide to play a sport your grades get better
Yes. I think all grades should participate in sports to keep themselves healthy.
Obviously a Helmet and a shoulder Pad. You will also need good grades.
No, grades and sports performance are different aspects of being a collegiate student-athlete.
