Jeez, first of all, you need to catch up on reading that rules book of yours! A strike is a pitch thrown by the pitcher and hits the catcher's glove so that the catcher doesn't have to move her/his glove at all. Or if the pitch is in the "strike zone", the umpire may also call it a strike.

It depends whether the catcher is agile or not. The catcher mainly stays in the same position and "catches" the balls that indicate the batter has a strike. If the catcher is not agile and doesn't do the workout the rest of the team does, he may not be as fast

yes in major leagues. im not sure about other leagues. if the batter gets a strike three he may try to go to first but the catcher will attempt to throw him out. it is best to do this play on a third strike that the catcher drops or fumbles. this type of play is rrare
