How do you wear a paintball harness?

Typical harnesses if made by BT, Tippmann, Spec Ops, or NXe are worn over the shoulders. These harnesses should fit similar to a backpack and should cover the majority of your backside. In the front of your body should be straps, typicall containing an assortment of pockets to put tools, lube, and cronograph.

Other harnesses typically used to speed ball are worn around your hips. The straps will fit across your stomach. Keep in mind that the pods (that hold the paintball) should be upside down. This is allows the pod to fall into your hand during the play of game, which in turn allows one to reload faster.
