Hey, guys, that's not nice. Some ppl get worse scores. I get 8:26. But, the presidential time is 8:23 (which I'm trying to beat) and national is 11:08. :D
*I'm 12 years old and i ran the mile in 5 min 44 secs i would say anything under 8 min 30 secs is good
*The chart for north American averages in our gym says 9:45 for girls and 9:30 for boys

Around 10 minutes
6 min.
8 nanoseconds if ur the flash of course
The average time for a 60-year-old male to run a mile can vary widely depending on fitness level and experience. However, a reasonable estimate would be around 9-10 minutes.
9:30
6:30.
17.98 miles
6 mins or less for 1 mile.
This is a personal thing, you need to know how fast on average that you run. This is best done by averaging how long you run in say 5 or a 10 mile session and record the time.
A little but not much.
Are you kidding?! Of course it is. The average time it takes me to run a mile is roughly 7:30 min and I'm 16. Good job, keep it up! :) It makes me want to go run a mile now haha
