Make sure to have shorts, a sports bra, a tee shirt, any braces or tape that you need, and always have your hair up. Be sure to make yourself LOOK like a cheerleader because the judges will notice you.
You should practice, practice, practice and stretch! When you stretch it helps you become better, you can get your jumps high and do stretches! If you are small you might be a flyer. That means you need to do more intense stretches. You will have to practice heel stretches, bow 'n arrows, scales, front stretches, scorpions, airbasque's , and you will have to do your jumps when you do baskets. Cheerleading is very intense, so don't think you'll magically become
a good cheerleader. Cheerleading=fun&work(: , when I say
work I mean like, fun things, with cheering. Make sure
everything is tight or you'll do suicides and they
are NOT fun. So give it your all everytime&
you'll be a GREAT cheerleader! Try
your best and you'll win comp.
Feels AWESOME when
you win, trust me
I know(: !!

You should work on all of your tumbling, save your voice, don't get hurt and right before tryouts STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH for about 10 to 20 mins. Hope this helps! Good luck!!
You should try as best as you can and practice if you really want to do it, but if not don't stress too much.
If you want to be a cheerleader, you need to find out when the tryouts for your school are. Then you need to sign up for them. While waiting to hear if you can try out, you should praactice several of your tem's cheers, so that the judges can see what you will bring to the squad.
What you should wear to cheer tryouts unless the coaches tell you diffren are, shorts preferably school colors! shirt either white or a school color, and cheer shoes! if you dont have cheer shoes try to wear white ones or ones that are a school color! DONT FORGET A HAIR BOW!!!!!! (school colored)! hope this helped u! love always :) Miss.cheerleader
Practice. If you have ever participated in cheer leading before, you know what to do to condition. Stretch every day, run for 10 minutes to improve your stamina, practice your jumps, and do it every day for about a month before tryouts. If you have more time to prepare, sign up for a gymnastics class or a local cheerleading team for teens in your town. That should get you ready for next year.
A toe touch is by far the best jump. Most importmant thing.....point your toes!!
You should tell your mom and ask her if you can go to the doctors and check it out and see what you should do!
