endurance is an opinion.

  • cross country or running can be very hard on your joints which can make it very hard (on top of the obvious strains like running)
  • cycling can be gruling but is mostly legs.
  • in my opinion swimming wins. imagine running 12 miles and taking a breath every 5 steps... well that's my swim practice.

by the way i do all 3 sports and they are all difficult just in their own ways
