power gymnastics would be fast tumbling or for example like a round off back tuck or a whip back. where as graceful tumbling or slow tumbling is standing tricks for example like front walkover or cartwheel.
Flexibility has to do with gymnastics a great deal for example a front walkover you need back flexibility and leg flexibility just for one simple skill.
Gymnast do a backhandspring by a lot of practice alo it a super fast back walkover with your legs together
about 1week
No a back hand spring is when you do a real fast back walkover with you feet together. A back flip is also known as a back tuck and that's when you flip in the air.
One tip is to always have a spotter when first beginning to learn this skill. The first step in learning this skill is getting a standing bridge. Next do a kick over. Once you have this down put it all together. Now you have a back walkover.
It is called a bridge if you just bend back It is called a walkover if you do a handstand and land in a bridge It is called a back hand spring if you push off and do both really fast Hope I helped :) By Sugaheart426
There are about a million different gymnastics tricks and they really depend on what type of gymnastics you do. Here is a short list of some of the tricks that one can do but not nearly all: Aerial Back Handspring Front Handspring Head spring Front/Back Flip Front/Back Layout Front/Back Full Arabian Side somersault (Sumi (sp?)) Front Aerial Again this is just a short list. You can add multiple spins and flips to many of these such as a double back or a triple full. Gymnastics tricks have become absolutely crazy in the ability of the gymnasts.
A back kick over(same as back-bend kick over) is where you go into a bridge (all 4 limbs on the ground) then pick one leg up and kick over. A back WALK over is a continuous motion from a stand where only 3 of you limbs ever touch the ground at the same time. I hope that helped!
Take it one foot at a time, place your best foot in front of the other, lean back, and push off!Thats a back walkover and a front walkover is simply just a handstand taken one foot at a time and pushed over to land. These moves do require practice so dont just go out and try it right away. Get help from a coach or gymnastics spotter. Hope my answer helped a little!
If you want to you could do classes but don't do it just because you can do that most kids can. I'm eleven and I am competing a back-walkover back-handspring on beam this Sunday. but its fun if you want to
