Take it one foot at a time, place your best foot in front of the other, lean back, and push off!Thats a back walkover and a front walkover is simply just a handstand taken one foot at a time and pushed over to land. These moves do require practice so dont just go out and try it right away. Get help from a coach or gymnastics spotter. Hope my answer helped a little!

Same as you would in gymnastics. You lunge with your arms next to your temples and lean into a handstand, your body upside down at this point. You'd bring down your first foot that left the ground back to the ground, with the other following. You are now standing again.
