This is all correct now. but no one says you must jog... health experts say that jogging will help you lose weight and keep healthy and maybe live longer but they are not always right. my friend Tom S smokes drinks and has done since the age of 13 lol and he is one of the fastes people i know so it depends on you your self but if i was you just lay back get high and eat sub way regularly :)
