Well I'm 13 right now and My personal best was 9.64 m so on average you should be able to throw around 7-8 meters
Most girl will put the shot(throw the shotput) in the teens of feet.10-22 feet is average.
As a javelin throw myself I would have to say that an average is 500 feet for a 17 year old girl.
I am above average but I am a sophomore going into junior year throwing 37 feet. But I think average is mid 20s. but if you are looking to get into this in college for a scholarship , you need to throw 42 ft. good luck
Idk if this is real... But I just saw on Milesplit.com that a girl names Madison bump just threw 75 ft... Typo I'm sure but it's a pretty official website...she's from Wisconsin so maybe the secret to a far throw is cheese?
See what colour scarf it wears, (take care to notice if the gluteals are clenched when walking)
The average distance a junior girl can throw a shot put typically ranges from 30 to 40 feet, depending on factors like age, experience, and technique. More experienced athletes may achieve distances beyond this range, while beginners might throw shorter distances. Performance can also vary based on the weight of the shot put used in competitions.
on my track team and according to the league standards from where i live (southeast PA), 94 feet it a pretty decent throw. IF you are a 14 year old girl and are throwing it that far you should be pretty happy with yourself. good work.
Mid twenties is the average distance. Around 25 or so.
between 100 - 120 a throw of 145 or higher is good enough for state.
Probably, but it depends on what size the girl is.
I'm a girl and I play AA. I think AAA isn't that "hard" but i mean for some people it's really hard and for others it's not. And Bantam's even harder cause its an older age group. It also depends how you play to make AAA.
Me personally the first time i kissed a girl felt like i was going to throw up, but that is all just nerves, i actually did not throw up. After the first time that you kiss a girl you will like it and the butterflies will go away and you wont throw up or feel like you have to throw up.
