Sit in the floor with your legs straight in front of you and together with pointed toes. Lean your torso over with your arms straight out reaching for your angles.
a pike is a jump that looks like somone trying to touch their toes in the air
You get a partner, both sit in a pike position with full feet touching, grab hands, and pull each other to stretch out.
# Starting with the neck - Move your head slowly to the left, right, up and then down.# Then move onto your arms - Swing them back slowly 10 times, then forward 10 times.# Then your hips - Circle them 10 times and then the other way 10 times.# Then put your legs together in a pike position and fold down, hold for 10 seconds.# The do the same in a straddle position.# Next sit down and do the pike and the straddle postion. Then fold down. Both holding for 10 seconds.# Then sit in a hurdle position then lean back. Change legs anddo the same.

If you are thinking of when both legs are straight out in front of you it is called a pike position.
I am not entirely sure what you are looking for, but two types of possible body positions in gymnastics would be a pike and an arch body position. A pike, for example, would be if you were to sit in the floor, with your legs straight out in front of you, toes pointed and lean your chest toward your thighs. An arch position would simply just be an arching of the back.
