Some stretches are stratle, pike, right split, left split, middle split, and bridge.
The five most important gymnastics stretches include the split stretch, which enhances flexibility in the hips and legs; the bridge stretch, promoting back flexibility and shoulder strength; the butterfly stretch, targeting the inner thighs; the hamstring stretch, essential for leg flexibility; and the wrist and shoulder stretches, crucial for joint mobility and injury prevention. These stretches help improve overall flexibility, strength, and performance in gymnastics routines. Regular practice of these stretches can also aid in recovery and enhance overall athleticism.
They usually try to go easy and start with stretches to get a feel of the students ability
For some people, gymnastics are better and for others ice skating is better.
Yes gymnastics is the best sport and more gutsy if gymnastics was easy it would be called football hehe:)
their gymnastics floor isn't exactly supposed to be graceful, but in women's gymnastics, grace makes all the better!
Most definitely not!!! :)
It's not.
Certainly
No! That's really low for gymnastics. But the better you get the more it costs.
its for sure tks they are strict in a nice way and there prices are great i go there myself
Gymnastics gives you so much better technique and tumbles are performed a lot safer. Cheerleading can give you bad habbits and can 'cheat' moves.
