Go to an gymnastics or cheer class or if your school has Cheerleading any form ask the coach to help you with yours cause if you ask your cheercoach it will be free your parents will enjoy that!! :)

In the round-off, you'll have to in-curve and hollow your shoulders while you go into it. That way your back won't arch while you are doing the round-off.
