Go to an gymnastics or cheer class or if your school has Cheerleading any form ask the coach to help you with yours cause if you ask your cheercoach it will be free your parents will enjoy that!! :)
In the round-off, you'll have to in-curve and hollow your shoulders while you go into it. That way your back won't arch while you are doing the round-off. And before as you start your back handspring you need lean into it and really stretch it out. (Don't forget to shoulder-pop!) I hope that this helped! :)

Doing a triple back hand spring is very easy when you get the hang of it. All you have to do is go to gymnstics and practice for a period of time. When you are ready you go to the park and you start off running then you do a round off back hand spring 3 times and there you are. That's all it takes if you practice.
