  1. pullover on the low bar so that you end in a front support
  2. push up on the bar so that it is almost all the way down to your knees
  3. arch your back and fall forward
  4. when you are about a quarter of the way down, pike around the bar
  5. stay piked all the way around the bar and push down on it as hard as you can until you are back up in a front support

First you must do a front support on the bars, you then perform a cast, as your hips come back to the bar you let your legs continue going around as your shoulders drop backwards, and then you complete a back hip circle around the bars finishing again in the fron support system.
