The level a hero is for the most part is the pay grade. The more important factor in a hero's "level" is the distribution and level of points it has either in politics, intelligence or attack. For more information about what skill points you want a hero to have, consult the related links.
The skills you have mentioned all only deal with tampoline and tumbling, to take part in mens gymnastics you must have skills on all the apparatus. You may be interested in doing competetive trampoline and tunbling though.
Parallel bars are a piece of mens gymnastics apparatus parallel bars are two raised wooden bars that run parallel to each other
Artistic and rhythmic gymnastics are the most well known. Artistic gymnastics is what it's shown on television and is most popular. Both men and women do artistic gymnastics. Rhythmic gymnastics is done by women and have events such as the ribbon and clubs. There's also sports acrobatics which involves tumbling and doing stunts with other gymnastics. Trampoline and tumbling are two other, less popular forms of gymnastics.
The events in mens gymnastics are the parallel bars, pommel horse, vault, floor exercise, high bar and the rings. The events of women's gymnastics are the balance beam, uneven bars, vault and floor exercise.
