You need to restore the essential nutrients you (hopefully) put in your body before and at school over the course of the day. The human body needs at least 64 oz of water to be "hydrated" as most doctors will tell you, and 4 - 16 oz water bottles should do the trick. A banana is also recommended at lunch or sometime during the day. After the meet you need plenty of raw protein and hydration. Peanut butter and fruit is the best small type food to eat. I prefer a glass of milk and a few spoons of peanut butter, and maybe some grilled chicken and green beans for dinner.
