i would say boxing because the training helps you loose a lot of weight my friend lost about 7 stone in under 5 months but if your looking for a fun one to play at home i would say champ its kind of like tennis with your hands or just make your own game if you have any brothers or sisters to play with play with them

Get into sports. I'm 12 years old and I play soccer. That is a lot of exercise so that should help you lose weight. As long as you don't eat as much as junk food.
