For pace in minutes per mile, divide your finishing time by 13.11. For pace in minutes per kilometer, divide your finishing time by 21.1. If you're a runner and you are attempting to determine an appropriate pace or time goal, search for "McMillan's Running Calculator" which does a reasonable job of estimating your pace based on finishing time of other races.
Well if your running at a 7 minute mile pace it would take about 35 mins.
hello, the answer to your question is a 1minute 10 to 20 second pace. i am sure this is a good time to run because it got me to the state finals and I'm only a junior and i was running with the high schools team.
Yes it is a very good time. I'm 12 and run a 6:36 mile. Keep running and you will get better :)
If you run at an average 6 mph pace, which is a 10 minute mile, it would take approximately just over 100 minutes, of course your pace may not be this pace so it could take more or less time, but I would say running 10 miles in 1.5 hours is pretty good.
You can definitely lower your mile time by training harder, and also to continuously run, otherwise your muscles get sore, and by pacing yourself, find a good pace, and once you see the finish line sprint!
It would depend on how long you've been running and what grade you're in. If you're in 6th grade, I'd say a good time for boys would be 6:30-8:00 for 1 mile (multiply that by 1.5 for a 1.5-mile race). If you're in 7th grade, maybe 6:00-7:30 for 1 mile. For 8th graders, 5:15-6:30. Again, if your races are 1.5 miles, multiply that mile time by 1.5. If you run 2-mile races (which I doubt, for middle school), multiply it by 2. Although, keep in mind that you probably won't be able to maintain your mile pace for 1.5 or 2 miles, so it will be about 15-30 seconds per mile slower.
Average would be about a 10 minute per mile pace, so 30 mins. A decent time is sub 20 minutes.
They calcute your pace per mile or per kilometer. You have to enter your reace time and distance, and the calculator will calculate your pace. It is pretty acurate.
yes this is a very good time. my mile time is five minutes and forty seconds. im 14 and im in the top of my school for running. that's very good.
If you mean a mile as in running then i would say around 5 to 6 minutes.
I know a few that run in the 4:40's and 4:50's, to be on pace for a solid high school mile time (4:20's), a good time would be under 5:00
