anywhere from 100 pounds to 700. this question is not specific enough. 245lb with how much body fat %? and also, you don't necessarily have to have a lot of muscle to lift heavy(see powerlifting). Ryan kennelly weighs around that much and he benches 1150lb with shirt, probably around 800lb without shirt. no one else at his weight can bench as much as he can
Bob Sanders can bench 332-pound bench press
you should bench your weight or more
325-pound bench press … 315-pound power clean … 39-inch vertical jump
it will depend on what kind of bench it is :P
i am 12 and i weigh around that i do loads of weights and i can bench press around 60 KG
they say you should be able to bench your own weight but if you have been training for awhile your muscles will let you bench a lot more than your weight.
yes
A person in reasonable shape be able to bench press his own weight. Any amount above that is considered a remarkable feat.
Half your body weight(90 pounds)
It is fine to do exercises such as bench press without a spotter if you know what you are doing. I bench press without a spotter and I do fine. It is safer to have a spotter but not necessary.
you should be able to bench your own weight.
it really depends on the strength of the kid, but on average its between 60lbs. to 80 lbs.
