while Weightlifting can make you stronger it is not recommended to start lifting heavy weights until you reach high school so the best thing to weight lift now is low weight and a lot of reps until you are about 15 years old then you can up the weight and lower the reps. but in answer of your questiong the goal is usually 125% of your body weight or in your case around 112.5 pounds would qualify you for presidential standards which should meet any school standard for an "A"

I started lifting just before 11, and I turn 13 in under a month (January 30th). I am in the 7th grade. At just about 13, I weigh 89-90 lbs. exactly, and I'm 5'3. My one rep max is 115 lbs, but I have been coming really close with 120, like so close that the only reason I didn't get it was because my bench was too far in and so when I pushed the weight up, it hit the holding racks and I couldn't move it so it dropped. But anyways, benching 25-30 pounds over body weight is a lot more than any of my friends can do, so I'd say I'm way above average for my weight (in my opinion). 13 isn't too young to be lifting so as long as you are careful. I've grown 2 or 3 inches in the last year, and my grandparents who come every year at Christmas couldn't believe how big I was, so you ain't going to stunt your growth if you're smart about lifting. If you are just starting you probably won't be getting a lot of weight unless you are naturally strong. Try to work to your body weight and the rest will come. I've gained nearly at least 35 lbs. in bench press since last January.

How much pound should a 16 year lift?

a 16 year old should be lifting in his bench press around 150 and 200 pounds, if you bench within these numbers than your in pretty good shape. But if were talking about squating it should be around 200 threw 250 pounds , but most 16 year olds barely squat as much as bench.

How much is Vladimir putin bench press?

Vladmir Putin was able to bench press 415 with freeweights and could curl 225 I highly doubt that Vladimir Putin can bench press 415 pounds. And i am positive he could NOT curl, legitemately, 225 pounds. He is in reasonably good shape, and i have no problem believing that he could have a 300 pound bench press and 135 pound barbell curl, but those numbers stink of Soviet exaggeration. lol.
