if you are not interested in bodybuilding or strength training you can lift light weights in a fast pace for many sets and reps so you can do a form of cardio while muscle-toning which means you burn calories which means you burn fat and also stomach fat(but remember that stomach fat is the fat that will leave the hardest from your body)... i'd say you do cardio as well...

We all want to skip the Treadmill or step climber or whatever cardio machines out there and jump straight to weight lifting because we think that lifting weights is already going to make us sweat and raise our heart rate. But the thing is if you have body fat for example a belly fat which where most of us have it, then doing ab exercises and lifting weights is not going to help you getting that six pack. The layer of fat is covering the muscles or hiding the muscles behind it, so If you don’t do cardio to target the overall body fat (because you can never target fat in one area) you’re not going to lose fat therefore you won’t be getting the six packs that you want.
