A Ted Williams single signed Baseball is worth between $350.-$600.
Value is based on average prices of recently closed auctions. Prices may vary based on condition, and the type of authenticity that accompanies the baseball. Signatures that have not been properly authenticated could sell at half the market value or less. Add for inscriptions.
Collectors will pay more for inscriptions like "406"or "HOF", and pay less for personal inscriptions like "Good Luck Chuck"
Added value as a "game used" baseball will rely on your ability to prove so. Otherwise it will be valued as a used Major League Baseball, and will have a lower value than a baseball that is in clean mint condition. A "Game used" baseball would have to be accompanied with provenance, and the quality of the provenance will dictate the value. A letter from a player, team, or League official would be acceptable. A letter from a fan at the game would not hold much weight if any. Without provenance the added value will rely on the buyers belief in your story.

Game Ball or Mini Ball? Whole Team or just MJ?
A game used autographed baseball.
Who was the stick used by? Who has autographed it? These things will affect the value.
Clean New Autographed BasbeallWhen a baseball is signed by a player(s) the collectible is the signature not the baseball. The baseball is an item to display the signature. A clean white baseball is most preferred to display the signature. A "game used" ball is a collectible and will vary in value depending on the historic value of the game if any. Priceless.
A Karl Malone game worn autographed jersey from one of the 14 All-Star Games that he played in is valued at $1,112. Other game worn jerseys autographed by Karl Malone are selling for $300 to $750.
I will give you $100 for it
Tim Tebows autograph is worth $300-500 depending if its on a real ncaa ball.....a game used Florida ball autographed would cost $2,000!
There is some value to the ball, assuming it can be authenticated as used in the last NYY game from 1961. Autographed by Maris would be even better but, alas, that is now impossible. Please send me an email so we can discuss further. There may be significant value depending solely on the provenance of this ball - in other words, the "who, what, when and where" of its history and how it was obtained. All information documenting the assertion its from Maris' record-breaking game would only enhance its value. Please drop me a line at stockyard2000@aol.com to discuss its value further.
According to the guide "Team Baseballs," your ball is worth between $500-750, depending on players present, authenticity, type of ball, and the all-important condition. Value also depends on whether the ball displays the complete American or National League roster. If it's combined Leagues/players, or missing key players, overall value decreases. Again, main value indicators are players displayed and condition of the signatures and ball.
