  1. From a standing position, stick your arms out for momentum.
  2. Firmly place your left foot out.
  3. Bend down quickly so your left knee almost hits you.
  4. Then, lift your right leg up and outward and jump from your left leg.
  5. Facing down, you should be rotating counter-clockwise.
  6. As you kind of fly sideways, kick with your right then left leg.
  7. Land on your right foot then your left food on the other side.
