Tony Dungy has won two Super Bowl Titles. His first came as a player, when he was a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was part of the championship team that won Super Bowl XIII. His second was as the Indianapolis Colts head coach, when guided the Colts to a victory over the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLI.

On February 4, 2007, Super Bowl XLI (41) was the first where both head coaches were black. Tony Dungy was the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, and Lovie Smith was the head coach of the Chicago Bears. The Colts won the game 29-17 to make Tony Dungy the first black head coach to win an NFL Super Bowl.

As head coach, two. Tony Dungy with the Indianapolis Colts and Mike Tomlin with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Lovie Smith's Bears lost to Dungy's Colts in Super Bowl XLI, the first time 2 African-American head coaches faced off in the Super Bowl, and Jim Caldwell's Colts lost to the Saints in Super Bowl XLIV.
Lovie Smith of the Chicago Bears. The first Super Bowl to have a team head coached by an African-American was Super Bowl XLI between the Bears and Indianapolis Colts. Ironically, both head coaches were African-American (Tony Dungy was the head coach of the Colts) but Smith was first as the Bears defeated the Saints in the NFC Championship game played several hours before the Colts defeated the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game.

Yes. Interestingly, Caldwell didn't become the offensive coordinator of the Baltimore Ravens until December, 2012, just before the team began its eventful playoff run. Caldwell is no stranger to Super Bowl appearances. He was Tony Dungy's quarterbacks coach at Indianapolis when the Colts won Super Bowl XLI with a 29-17 victory over the Chicago Bears. After Dungy's retirement, Caldwell became head coach and led the Colts to a Super Bowl berth after the 2009 season. The Colts were defeated by the New Orleans Saints in Super Bowl XLIV, 31-17.

I love my Indianapolis Colts! They will win the Super Bowl this year! Guarantee It!
