13.08 by Wayne Davis in the 110meter hurdles, and 7.60 in the 60meter hurdles, it was FAT not hand held time
Any time under 40 seconds is a good time for the 300 Meter Intermediate Hurdles for high school boys.
I'm a sophomore and I am ranked #1 in my section, my PR is a 65.4, which is pretty good.
No college is
I don't know this for a fact but I do believe that they start at 30in. and go up by 3in. Yet, I don't know how high for what grade or division or anything so yeah. :/ I don't set up the hurdles I just jump them. XD
It depends how well they are able to adjust to the height difference, if they're taller, it will be easier. I have seen times range from 2 seconds slower to 1 second faster when transitioning to college height.

Well mine is 14.00s and was the first time I had done hurdles, normally a high jumper or 100m-200m sprinter. Been told by my teachers I should focus on 100m-110m Hurdles now though. Sorry if this isn't much help, I don't know the average times for 100m hurdles only my own.
Oh, dude, a good 300m hurdle time for high school really depends on the athlete and their level of experience. But, like, generally speaking, a competitive time would be around 40-45 seconds for guys and 45-50 seconds for girls. Just remember, it's all about having fun and improving, not just the numbers on the clock!
USA national record for boys 110mHH is 13.22, but most state finals fall within the 13.6-15.0 range, depending on the state
It has reasonable ESTYN reports of the time
The best time would be during your senior year of high school.
The ideal time would be when you're taking the high school course in that subject.
