I coach high school hurdles. I have been coaching for about 12 years. There are many other variables that go into how fast you could run the hurdles, such as hurdle form. If you just want a ballpark, based on those times. I would say somewhere between 44.5 - 47.5 If you just want one round number...about 46 w/good form. Hope that helps.
Any time under 40 seconds is a good time for the 300 Meter Intermediate Hurdles for high school boys.
For the 400m for a girl around just under a minute or a bit below that.
57.2 secs is the Pacific School Games record for 13 year old girls 400m record. It was set in 1984 by Vanessa Fielding. Records can be found in the related link.
fast for a high school girl is like 19 minutes
There are 7 hurdles in the 75 meter hurdle run.
You don't "get" a girl. A girl is not like a pair of shoes that you buy. Nor is she an object , but a human with feelings. Until you realize this you will never "get" a girl.
There are several places that a 17 year old girl can find a job after school. There are fast food restaurants, grocery stores, and even babysitting.
The world record for girls under 13 in the 80m hurdles is 11.85 seconds, set by U.S. athlete Arissa Paulson in 2016.
An ugly Bucktooth loser at school if anyone see's one run as fast as you can ;highly dangerous
At least 55 seconds and below
For a 50meter race, i got 14.93 seconds but the average i would say is 16 seconds.
