I wouldnt eat during a run because it can cause side-cramps and stomachaches. Don't drink water during your run either. You can drink before an after though. Also with the food, don't eat within an hour of exercise.
do not eat much but a banana, apple, snack bar, small sandwhich etc. is good because if you eat a whole mealm, you won't be able to run without your stomach hurting. If you are starving, eat a whole proper meal and wait an hour or two before you run. Also, remember to drink! :)
