yes
It will fit both of them.
It uses a5/x7 threads but it has a slanted shell and would not fit normally. However an Apex barrel will work just fine.
Yes. a shroud is just a plastic piece that goes over the barrel.
68/4500. high enough pressure for a Tippmann and just the right size.
No way to do it with just what you provided.
Just guessing- since you did not give us a brand name- Remington 552? If so, Remington;s are dated by a letter barrel code- 2 or 3 very small letters, LEFT side of barrel, just ahead of reciever. Please repost with BRAND of rifle, and if Remington, the letters.
It just depends on the barrel. For instance, the flat line is made for longer shots, so mid-short range players really don't need one. Try a 12-14" barrel for mid-short. Personally i use a 16" barrel but I snipe or play mid- back. Smart Parts barrels are pretty nice, that's what i have.
yes, you can. You just have to find the right parts.
Yes! They have the same threads. but the tippmann 98 custom platinum is not as good as the original if i were u i would ge rid of the thing...its not that it is bad it just chops and is not built as good as the tippmann 98 custom.
Their is only one way to make a paintball marker shoot further. That is to increase the velocity to make the paintball travel faster, thus making go further. This however is prohibited by tournaments and fields. The maximum allowed velocity is between 300 and 275 feet per second. The only other way which only applies to Tippmann owners is the flatline barrel. This barrel puts backspin on the ball making it go a considerable distance further. The barrel is though inaccurate at longer distance. Contradictory to what most say a longer barrel won't make the ball go any further. You only need around a 12 inch barrel to provide adequate accuracy. And they hurt somewhat.
Yes, just make sure to use a 4500 psi tank.
It's just called a barrel.
