swimming is aerobics. anything that works your heart and lungs; so basically any sport. even walking .
There is Swimming, Water Polo, Diving, and Water Aerobics.
i think aerobics is also good 4 respiratory systems

Well, the Olympics are preety good but if people like sport then it is really good(for them)
Water aerobics does help if one is really out of shape, but it is better to do the exercise on land, therefore burning more calories if you want to lose weight.
