Ok. I am 13 and on a good day i can maybe top 75. But dont try to throw hard throw whatever you are comfortable at. Also lay off the curveball, and slider. you may not believe this but i have gotten a tommy john surgery because of curveballs.

There is a huge variance in ability at every age level; there is no minimum or maximum that should or can be attained.I would say a 12- year old on average can throw about 50 and a good speed is 55 and up but when you break it down speed doesn't matter as much as how many outs you get
i play wreckball and travel ball and i travel around the usa and at 13 i faced against a pitcher throwing about 80 mph but that's only 1, but the average i faced is about 60 mph... but if u wanna be a elite pitcher and if u wanna make the big leagues then u should be throwing 70 mph... im 13 and i m a lefty pitcher at the size of 5ft 10in and 185 pounds and i throw about 75 miles per hour and i still get hit off of and i am a very successful pitcher and i also threw a no hitter before... but my point is that u should be throwing in the 70... the best way to do that is to go to the gym and throw every single day...................
If your focusing on pitching then u should be in the 60's. Otherwise you're usually in the upper 40's to low to mid 50's.
between 60mph and 70mph if he or she throws over that it will hurt their arm badly and maybe pain
