There's not a "certain" number of calories that you burn during swimming. It varies/depends. For example, if you don't put much effort into it, you won't burn of calories. If you work hard and feel tired, you will know that you have burned alot. It varies from person to person. Hope this helped! :)

Depends on your weight, time spent swimming, and speed. Just to give you an idea: 190lbs. at a light pace for 1 hour burns 690 calories.
