Because without them it is hard to become a really successful player. I've seen excellent shooters, don't miss a goal, but they didn't know the skills needed for working in the goal circle, so they missed out on becoming a really good players. But don't worry the skills are really easy to learn and master!

It is important that each player has a different position in netball is because if each player has the same role, it wont allow them to go into seaperat areas of the netball caourt.
