I do not think it is possible.

an audible is a change of the play made on the field by a player.
Nothing. When the ball goes out over the sideline, there's a throw-in. If it goes out over the goal line (but not a goal), if the defending player or goalkeeper was the last one to touch it, it's a corner kick, and if it was an attacking player, it's a goal kick.
Assuming the player in touch caused the reason for stoppage (not some other player on the pitch) then it had to have been some form of misconduct. A foul cannot happen off the field of play. The referee would not stop play merely because a player left the field as long as he did it in the normal course of play.
That player must go off, however, you can substitute for a new goalkeeper and play a man down on the field. If no substitutions are remaining, then a field player must replace the goal keeper.
sporting lisbon wasnt it?

a player who hits but does not play the field.
He was an Indian hockey player and played field hockey
he was an awesome player and he can manage to play each positions on the field even as a goalkeeper
The first clue would probably be the fact that you play field hockey, for a start.
she wasnt in it!
