Probably the fullback. Although wings and flankers need to be pretty quick and agile. I think the centers need to be the most athletic. As a back, they need to be fast and agile. They also have to be great tacklers, partiularly inside centers, as most backs tend to cut it outside of the fly half toward the centers. They need to have the greatst balance of strength and speed in order to fulfill their defensive and offensive responsibilities.
