I have been able to find some information concerning St. Louis Cardinal farm teams but no roster info. There was a farm team for the Cardinals in Springfield, Missouri called the Midgets (or Red Wings) who became a Class C affliate in the Western Association in 1931. The Cardinals also had a farm team in Columbus, Ohio called the Red Birds in 1931. Dizzy Dean pitched for a Cardinal farm team in St. Joseph, Missouri in 1930. There was a farm team in Union City, Tennessee called the Greyhounds that played in the Kitty League during the 30s. There are some links on this page that will direct you to some websites where you might find more information. I hope this has helped a little! A Jerry Holloway from Western Illinois University was the 10th round draft choice of the Cardinals in 1979. Other than that I can find no mention of him on a roster.
