As many as you can do!
The only exception I believe is when a blocker has blocked the ball and they can also pass it if they get the ball in time after the block. But that is the only time someone can hit the ball twice in a row.
Yes they can, most of the time its called a ten ball...They call out "ten"...its not a foul, it works everytime if you know how to do it..
There are many signals that are too many to list out. I used to watch my sister play volleyball and it took me a very long time to learn what I thought was all of them. I think I still have more to learn( and I play volleyball now)!
It counts for 2 catches.
keep the ball up time them out and look for a gap
there is no time limit in volleyball except for the 30 seconds allowed for timeouts and 8 seconds given to initially serve the ball.
If both players actually touch the ball, then yes, normally you are allowed to touch it again immediately after. However, if the other person's arms are under you and don't actually contact the ball with you, you may not touch it again immediately afterwards.
You can't have an ace when blocking. Aces only happen when someone serves the ball and either a player on the other team cannot touch the ball in any way or touches the ball one time and a teammate cannot get to it and put it back in play therefore there is no way a block can be an ace.
then another player has to step in and hit it over the net otherwise one of the two players have to hit it over.
Yes it breaks away at the skin/ leather material the ball is made of. It also soils the coloring, so it will become faded and not as attractive. Also it adds more pressure to the ball and overtime the ball will get flatter. Indoor balls for indoor please!
one point for for your team every time the other team drops the ball. and vise versa
