Air Coryell. It has some elements of the West Coast, IE, short, timed passing, but with the basic power run game and the more common deep passing plays they use, its closer to the offense Norv Turner runs in San Diego than what they run in, say, Indianapolis, Green Bay, etc.

The offense Jason Garrett runs is essentially Don Coryells offense. The majority of the playbook is based off of the offense Jason ran as a backup quarterback with the Cowboys in the early 90s. Norv Turner was the offensive coordinator and he learned the offense from Ernie Zampese (who later became an offensive coordinator for the Cowboys). Zampese was the offensive coordinator for Don Coryell's San Diego Chargers during the early 80s.

They run a west-coast style offense. In a west coast offense runs are generally replaced by short passes and screens.
