Holding is a football term, not volleyball. The volleyball equivalent of a holding is a lift, which is when you lift the ball up or push it away instead of bumping, setting, blocking, or attacking.
Bumping. Setting. And spiking. #Fowler out.
You should pass (bump) the volleyball when it is below your shoulders. You will get the best contact with the volleyball this way.
I think Volleyball, but thats just my opinon! Its easier to kick a ball where you want it to go, but controling the ball when passing, setting, and spiking is much harder. Also in Volleyball you must perfect you serve. Hope that helps!
Volleyball is typically played on a rectangular court with a net in the middle. The court is divided into two equal halves, with each team positioned on opposite sides. The game is played indoors or outdoors, depending on the venue.
A dump is when the setter tips or sets the ball over the net to score a point instead of setting the hitters.
you have to be strong to get the ball back over the net whether you are serving, hitting, setting, blocking, or passing
